What is the Community Education Outreach Service?

West Virginia and Morgan County Community Educational Outreach Service (CEOS) is a voluntary, non profit organization. Volunteers meet regularly to conduct and participate in educational programs dedicated to helping members continue their educational opportunities.

WVU/Morgan County CEOS

Members of Morgan County CEOS are people just like you, daughters, sisters, mothers, grandmothers, and friends who learn, work and play together.

Morgan County Clubs

Enon CEOS meets the second Monday of each month at 12:30 p.m. at the Paw Paw Senior Center, Paw Paw, WV

Hemlock CEOS meets the third Thursday of each month at 10:00 a.m. at members homes and Grace Church, Berkeley Springs, WV

Morningside CEOS meets the fourth Thursday of each month at 10:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church, Green Street, Berkeley Springs, WV

Town & Country CEOS meets the fourth Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church, Green Street, Berkeley Springs, WV
